Discover our selection of heat-driven classes.

All levels are welcome. Whether you are looking for a grounding flow, a solid technical foundation, or an intense cardio workout, there is a class for you. Some classes are more intense than others. If you're unsure where to start, we're happy to help you choose.

  • At 30°C. Our most cardio-intensive class. A dynamic, strength-focused Pilates class. Controlled, low-impact movements are combined with cardio sequences and optional weights, building deep core strength while elevating the heart rate. We recommend trying Pilates hot or Pilates classic first if you're new to Pilates.

  • At 32°C. A modern Pilates class combining controlled mat work with functional strength exercises. Focused on building strength, stability and endurance. No cardio, just pure control.

  • At 28°C. A traditional mat Pilates class focused on precision, control, and alignment. Rooted in the original method, this class emphasizes technique, breath, and deep core activation.

  • At 34°C. Our warmest class. A fixed sequence of Hatha poses held with intention, designed to build strength and unlock deep flexibility. The heat does the work, you just have to stay present.

  • At 26°C. A grounding start to your day. This open-level class eases you in with soft movements and gentle flows, gradually building towards a stronger sequence before returning to stillness. A full-body reset from the inside out.

  • At 26°C. A focused class built around deep core activation. Slow, controlled movements strengthen your abdominals, back and stabilizing muscles, improving posture, control and body awareness.

  • At 26°C. A slow, floor-based class focused on deep release and recovery. Postures are held longer to gently open the body, calm the nervous system, and improve flexibility. Exactly what your body has been asking for.

  • At 26°C. A movement-based class designed to improve joint mobility, range of motion and control. Through active exercises, you build strength and resilience across your full range of movement, so your body can do more with more ease.
